Best Lifetime Lifts
  • Bench Press: 325 lbs., Squat: 530 lbs., Conventional Dead lift: 650 lbs.
  • Barbell Dead lift (behind back): one-rep with 595 lbs.
  • High-Bar Full Squats: 75consecutive reps with 300 lbs. (at the time this was an unofficial world record), 27 reps with 405 lbs., and 15 reps with 450 lbs., all performed at a bodyweight of 207 lbs.
  • Barbell Front Squats:  15 reps with 355 lbs.
  • Quarter Squats (in a power rack): 4-6 sets x 20 reps with a 1,000 lbs.
  • Vertical Leg Press: 4-6 sets x 20 reps with 800 lbs.
  • Barbell Straight-Arm Pullovers w/Two Hands: 20 consecutive reps with 140 lbs. and one-rep with 190 lbs. (the 190 lbs., was a mere 20 lbs. off the listed world record at the time).
  • Barbell Press Overhead: 3 strict reps with 225 lbs.
  • Barbell Push Press Overhead:  one-rep with 270 lbs.
  • Barbell Clean from “Hang”: 3-4 sets x 10 reps with 225 lbs.
  •   Vertical Dips on Parallel Bars:  3-4 sets x 6 reps with 150 lbs.
  • Strict Two-Hand Barbell Curl: 3 reps with 185 lbs.
  • Cheat Two-Hand Barbell Curl: 10 consecutive reps with 250 lbs.
  • Preacher Bench Barbell Curl: 40 reps with 125 lbs. and one-rep with 185 lbs. 
  • Preacher Bench Reverse Curls with EZ bar: 100 consecutive reps with 100 lbs. 
  • Bodyweight-Only Pushups: 150 repetitions.
  • Pullups: 10 sets x 10 reps with 100 lbs.
  • Bodyweight-Only Pullups: 27 reps.

Many of these lifetime feats of strength and muscular endurance were accomplished at a bodyweight of 215 lbs. with measurements of:  height, 6’ ˝”, chest (normal) 48-1/2”, upper arms (contracted) 18-1/4”, and calves 17-1/2”.

These personal best lifetime achievements of strength and body part measurements didn’t happen by chance, for I have had more than 40 years of experience as a power/bodybuilder.
